This disease is: the extreme tendency for multilation and splitting of other countries [i.e. an extreme addiction to occupying of other countries).
Vladimir Putin also has 2 evil collaborators ( 2 prominent ministers!) who help him how to occupy the territories from other nations.
The first Putin's collaborator is a man who learned to speak the language from Sri Lanka, is ethnically an Armenian from Tibilisi (Republic of Georgia).
Lavrov's real name was not Sergei Lavrov (I mean the current Russian Foreign Minister).
Mr. Lavrov's real name was Sergey Kalantarian or Kalantarov!
His father was Viktor Kalantarian who was living with the Armenian community in the city of Tibilisi/Georgia in the South Caucasus.
The second evil ( the 2nd collaborator) in occupying the territories from other countries is Mr. Sergei Shoigu (Mr. Putin's War Minister).
Sergei Shoigu is orginally from the Turkish tribe in the Asian part of Russia.
Vladimir Putin and his associates [Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigu] do their best efforts to split the territories of Azerbaijan, Georgia,Moldova and Ukraine.
Vladimir Putin ignores the international laws.
Putin, Lavrov and Shoigu are known as "Three Cowboys" for planning of wars and the annexation of the other territories to Russia.
Shamelessly, these 3 cowboys in Moscow take away (they occupy) the "pieces" of territories from the former Soviet Republics .
Vladimir Putin and his associates bring the stolen "pieces" from those countries (the former Soviet Republics) under the Russian rules.
Vladimir Putin cares mereley about the imperialistic methodology: how to create the "pieces" from the occupied countries like Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine to make Russia great again!!.
Vladimir Putin never try to be an honest politician, rather he tries to deceive the world community by talking about the importance of "peace" and the peacekeeing mission.
Russia keeps the stolen "pieces" of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine and deceptively talks about "peace"!?
But instead of following the rules of peace from the UN perspective and respecting the territorial integrity of other countries, Mr. Putin plays his well known tricks to deceive the world community.

In July 2021 the ambassadors of many countries in Azerbaijan were officially invited to visit the city of Shusha.
The city of Shusha is a small city but strategic.
Shusha was a liberated Azerbaijani city from 30 years occupation and destruction by the Armenian armed forces whose trainings, weapons and the military plans are from Russia.
The Armenian military is structured to keep the intetests of Russia in the South Caucasus.
Therefore, many officers and the generals in the Armenian Army listen what are the official orders to them from Russia.
When the Soviet Union collapsed, one alcoholic politician, Boris.Yeltsin (born in the Asian part of Russia) was supported by the U.S.A and the Western countries to become
very corrupt Russian President.
This alcoholic and corrupt Russian President continued to implement the secret plans of Mikhail Gorbachov for supporting the Armenians against the Azerbaijanipeople.
The secret plan was to deliver the weapons, fuels, the satellite pictures, finacial helps to Armenia.
Mikhail Sergeyvich Gorbachov and Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin were working for the interests of the West.

It is like to say:"Fighting for an independent Republic for the Armenians in the district of Glenndale in Los Angeles is "an ambition" for the U.S.A. but it is a matter of life and death for the Armenians!!"
Mr. Sakharov's wife Mrs. Bonner (Armenian-Jewish backgrounds) had a crussador mentality in regards to the Azerbaijani people and the occupied Azerbaijani Karabakh and she was an influential lobbyist in the U.S.A. while the Armenian-French singer Charle Aznavour and the French Armenians were lobbying against Azerbaijan in France and Europe.

"According to Russuan census reports, the Armenian population in Karabagh represented 9% of the total in 1823(the remaining 91% being registered as Muslims [ info: they were the Turkish Muslims], 35% in 1832, and a majority of 53% in 1880."(p.7)

The Armenians are the settlers who were brought to the South Caucasus from Iran and the Anatolian parts of the Ottoman Empire in the early 19th century.
Russia brought the Armenian settlers to the South Caucasus and located them in the territiries of the Turkish Muslims when Russia occupied the Caucasus from Iran.
The last Communist Party Leader in the Soviet Uniin was Mikhail Gorbachov whose associates, friends mostly were the Armenians.
Gorbachov offered to the Armenians
to use the existing anarchy created by his fake and deceptive glasnost to press for the overthrow the Azerbaijani authority in its Karabakh region to annex it to the Republic Armenia (this republic also was created in the territory of Azerbaijan by Russia).
Gorbachov gave the fertilized ground to his Armenian friends to use the opportunity to separate the Karabakh from the motherland Azerbaijan and annex it to Armenia.
The Armenian friends of Mr. Gorbavhov and a strong Armenian lobby within the Soviet Army as well as in many goverenmental and also the mass media in the Soviet Uion followed the tips were given by Mikhail Gorbachov.
Throughout 1987 the Armenian activists who were motivated by Gorbachov's illegal support for.the Armenian separatists, sent multiple political protests on the streets in Yerevan as well as in Moscow and directed their voiced to their supporter in the Kremline Mr. Gorbavhov.
The former Communist leaders in the Soviet Union were also against the Turks and the Muslims but they didn't want opnely support the Armenian separatism to provoke all Turkish Soviet Republics against Moscow.
Mikhail Gorbachov got signals as well as supports from the U.S. and the European countries to support the Armenian separatism in the Soviet Azeebaijan and to annex the Azerbaijani Karabakh to Armenia.
The Armenians who were in contacts with the Kremlin andthe Western countries, sensed a historic opportunity to intensify their activitied for disintegration and separation of the Karabakh region from its motherland Azerbaijan.
The Soviet Communist leader Mikhail Gorbachov gave a secret tip to his Armenian friends and colleagues that they should pass a resultion for separation from the motherland Azerbaijan.
The Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh was illegally created by the Kremlin on July 7, 1923 in an anti Azerbaijani action.
Josef Stalin (usub Jugashvilli), one of the leaders of the Bolshevik regime had worked as Vladimir Lenin propagandist for promoting of Marxism [for the workers in the oil industry in Baku of Azerbaijan] had been arrested and then he was put into the Azerbaijanj jail.
Stalin had the Armenian and Jewish friends.
Stalin and his associates in the Communist Party illegally forced the leaders of the Soviet republic of Azerbaijan to give the Zangezur and Yerevan (now capital of Armenia) regions of the Azerbaijani territies to Armenia.
The Azerbaijani people condemned the creation of this autonomous region within their territories by the Bolshevik leaders who had a strong sympathy for the Armenian interests.
By the huge supporters of Mr. Gorbachov from Armenia and within the Armenian Community (within Azerbaijani territory in the Karabakh region) passed a resolution on February 20, 1988 against the motherland Azerbaijan and for annexation to Armenia ( the transfer of the Azerbaijani rgion from the SSR of Azerbaijan to the SSR of Armenia)

When the Bolshevik leaders occupied the Republic of Azerbaijan, this country was 114000 sq km.
In the early 1980s Azerbaijani territories were stolen by the Kremlin and annexed to Armenia.
During the collapse of the Soviet Union the territories of Azerbaijan reduced to 86,000 sq km (from 114000 in 1920).
Immediately fter the passing of the resolution for annexation supported by the Kremlin, furious Azerbaijani nationalists and normal citizens demonstrated against pro Armenian supports from Mikhail Gorbachov.
The citizens of Azerbaijan angered the pro Armenian position of Moscow,
marched on Khankendi, the capital of the Karabakh province of Azerbaijan.
Gorbochov had ordered to his agents (police and Army) to suppress the Azerbaihani demostrators by any means.
Moscow and the Armenians who were supporters of Mikhail Gorbachov marched knowing that the police is supporting them.
Two Azerbaijani citizens brutally killed in the confrontation with the Armenian crussadors and ectremists who enjoyed the supports from Mossow.
One Azerbaijani citizen was hit by a stone thrown from one of the Armenian extremists.
The other Azerbaijani citizen was shot dead by a police who had orders to shoot against the Azerbaijani people but not against the Armenian separatists.
Within the Army and the police forces of the Soviet Azerbaijan, there were members who were the Russian agents and were receiving their orders from Moscow.

When the president of Azerbaijan was forced to sign the military and political Dictats from Putin, people who were watching these scebes in TV, heard Putin said to Ilham Aliyev:"Blagadrioo vass" (I thank you).
For forcing the Azerbaijani president to sign his Dictat (after the liberation of the city of Shusha on 08 November 2020) Vladimir Putin at night (9th November 2020) with his 2 Russian missiles attacked and his Army targeted the capital of Azerbaijan, and these missiles attacks was an ultumatum from Putin if Azerbaijan declines to sign the Dictat, it will come a big Russian offensive.
Before these 2 missiles to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, one of the Russian agent in the Azerbaijani Army (there are many Russian agents) in the Nakhjivan Autonomous region of Azerbaijan, fired on a Russian hellicopter was flying in the sky and the hellicopter was crashed and this resulted 1 death.
This was a plot from the Kremlin. Wht? The Russian agent in the Azerbaijani Army was instructed to do so.

The signature of the prime minister of Armenia Nikol Pashiniyan was an illegal signature because the Karabakh region internationally recognized of the Azerbaijani territory and it has nothing to do with the Republic of Armenia and his prime minister.
It demonstrated that Vladimir Putin does not recignize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in regard to its province in the Karabakh region.

Mr.Putin's missiles which were fired to attack (on 9th Nov 2020 at night) the capital of Azerbaijani was named as an ultinatum. This ultimatum was illegal.

A majority of the inhabitants of Russia, France and the U.S. are descendents of people who in the 11th through the 13th centuries were mostly Christians and are now the parts of the Christian club and are proud of the Crusader mentality" which is practiced by the Armenians.

The Crusader mentality practiced by the Vatican in Rome and the Othodox Christians are directed at the Turks first and then the Muslims in genearl.
The Azerbaijani people assert that Russia, France, the USA, Canada, the Great Britain, Germanty, the Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherland are still at war with the Turks and the Muslims.
The Karabakh occupation by the alliance of Russia-Armenia demonstrated that the crussador mentality is the driving force in the diplomacy and in the politics of the Western countries.
Even before the collapse of the Soviet Union Russia, France and the USA had very hostile positions against Azerbaijan and they suppprted strongly the Armenian interests.
The U.S. Representative House and the U.S. Senate, the Russian Parliament (Duma), the French Parliament and Senate are the playgrounds for the Armenian lobbyists and diasporas against the Azerbaijani people.
Russia, the U.S.A. and France are the heads of the Minsk Group and the permanent members of the Security Council.
But they are hostile to the Azerbaijani people.
Russia, France and the USA never wanted that the Azerbaijani Army to be able to liberate its own occupied territories, specifically, the cultural Azerbaijani city of "Shusha" from the Armenian occupation.

Every political expert should know that the real occupant of the Azerbaijani territories was and is Russia.
Russia is the culprit. Russia is the evil. Russia wants to be an imperialistic power no matter how its people are living in a misreable conditions.
The geopolitics, the expansionism and to support the crussador mentality are what the Kremlin in Moscow represents in the world.
It was Russia and still it is Russia that fights against the Azerbaijani people.
Since November 10, 2020, Russia's President Vladumir Putin has occupied over 4000 sq km of the Azerbaijani territories where the Armenian separatists are promissed to receive the Russian passports.
The Armenians have been used (always) as the tool ( as a vehicle).
The honest Armenians know clearly after 1828 "Turkmenchay Pact" (between Russia and the Mahrousse-Qajar of Iran) the Armenian settlers were settled in the South Caucasus (they were brought from Turkey and Iran).
These Armenian settlers were settled in the South Caucasus because of the crussador mentality of the Russians against the Turks and the Muslims.

The first Putin's collaborator is a man who learned to speak the language from Sri Lanka, is ethnically an Armenian from Tibilisi (Republic of Georgia).
Lavrov's real name was not Sergei Lavrov (I mean the current Russian Foreign Minister).
Mr. Lavrov's real name was Sergey Kalantarian or Kalantarov!
His father was Viktor Kalantarian who was living with the Armenian community in the city of Tibilisi/Georgia in the South Caucasus.
The second evil ( the 2nd collaborator) in occupying the territories from other countries is Mr. Sergei Shoigu (Mr. Putin's War Minister).
Sergei Shoigu is orginally from the Turkish tribe in the Asian part of Russia.
Vladimir Putin and his associates [Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigu] do their best efforts to split the territories of Azerbaijan, Georgia,Moldova and Ukraine.

Putin, Lavrov and Shoigu are known as "Three Cowboys" for planning of wars and the annexation of the other territories to Russia.

Vladimir Putin cares mereley about the imperialistic methodology: how to create the "pieces" from the occupied countries like Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine to make Russia great again!!.
Vladimir Putin never try to be an honest politician, rather he tries to deceive the world community by talking about the importance of "peace" and the peacekeeing mission.

But instead of following the rules of peace from the UN perspective and respecting the territorial integrity of other countries, Mr. Putin plays his well known tricks to deceive the world community.
Vladimir Putin deploys his Russian occupation troops [as the peacekeepinsig forces to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan] to create the second Armenian Republic within the territory of Azetbaijan.!.
Vladimir Putin repeats: The Karabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan.

The city of Shusha is a small city but strategic.
Shusha was a liberated Azerbaijani city from 30 years occupation and destruction by the Armenian armed forces whose trainings, weapons and the military plans are from Russia.
The Armenian military is structured to keep the intetests of Russia in the South Caucasus.
Therefore, many officers and the generals in the Armenian Army listen what are the official orders to them from Russia.
When the Soviet Union collapsed, one alcoholic politician, Boris.Yeltsin (born in the Asian part of Russia) was supported by the U.S.A and the Western countries to become
very corrupt Russian President.

The last Communist Party Leader in the Soviet Uniin was Mikhail Gorbachov whose associates, friends mostly were the Armenians.
Gorbachov offered to the Armenians
to use the existing anarchy created by his fake and deceptive glasnost to press for the overthrow the Azerbaijani authority in its Karabakh region to annex it to the Republic Armenia (this republic also was created in the territory of Azerbaijan by Russia).
Gorbachov gave the fertilized ground to his Armenian friends to use the opportunity to separate the Karabakh from the motherland Azerbaijan and annex it to Armenia.
The Armenian friends of Mr. Gorbavhov and a strong Armenian lobby within the Soviet Army as well as in many goverenmental and also the mass media in the Soviet Uion followed the tips were given by Mikhail Gorbachov.
Throughout 1987 the Armenian activists who were motivated by Gorbachov's illegal support for.the Armenian separatists, sent multiple political protests on the streets in Yerevan as well as in Moscow and directed their voiced to their supporter in the Kremline Mr. Gorbavhov.
The former Communist leaders in the Soviet Union were also against the Turks and the Muslims but they didn't want opnely support the Armenian separatism to provoke all Turkish Soviet Republics against Moscow.
Mikhail Gorbachov got signals as well as supports from the U.S. and the European countries to support the Armenian separatism in the Soviet Azeebaijan and to annex the Azerbaijani Karabakh to Armenia.
The Armenians who were in contacts with the Kremlin andthe Western countries, sensed a historic opportunity to intensify their activitied for disintegration and separation of the Karabakh region from its motherland Azerbaijan.
The Soviet Communist leader Mikhail Gorbachov gave a secret tip to his Armenian friends and colleagues that they should pass a resultion for separation from the motherland Azerbaijan.
The Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh was illegally created by the Kremlin on July 7, 1923 in an anti Azerbaijani action.
Josef Stalin (usub Jugashvilli), one of the leaders of the Bolshevik regime had worked as Vladimir Lenin propagandist for promoting of Marxism [for the workers in the oil industry in Baku of Azerbaijan] had been arrested and then he was put into the Azerbaijanj jail.

Stalin and his associates in the Communist Party illegally forced the leaders of the Soviet republic of Azerbaijan to give the Zangezur and Yerevan (now capital of Armenia) regions of the Azerbaijani territies to Armenia.
The Azerbaijani people condemned the creation of this autonomous region within their territories by the Bolshevik leaders who had a strong sympathy for the Armenian interests.
By the huge supporters of Mr. Gorbachov from Armenia and within the Armenian Community (within Azerbaijani territory in the Karabakh region) passed a resolution on February 20, 1988 against the motherland Azerbaijan and for annexation to Armenia ( the transfer of the Azerbaijani rgion from the SSR of Azerbaijan to the SSR of Armenia)

When the Bolshevik leaders occupied the Republic of Azerbaijan, this country was 114000 sq km.
In the early 1980s Azerbaijani territories were stolen by the Kremlin and annexed to Armenia.
During the collapse of the Soviet Union the territories of Azerbaijan reduced to 86,000 sq km (from 114000 in 1920).
Immediately fter the passing of the resolution for annexation supported by the Kremlin, furious Azerbaijani nationalists and normal citizens demonstrated against pro Armenian supports from Mikhail Gorbachov.
The citizens of Azerbaijan angered the pro Armenian position of Moscow,
marched on Khankendi, the capital of the Karabakh province of Azerbaijan.
Gorbochov had ordered to his agents (police and Army) to suppress the Azerbaihani demostrators by any means.
Moscow and the Armenians who were supporters of Mikhail Gorbachov marched knowing that the police is supporting them.
Two Azerbaijani citizens brutally killed in the confrontation with the Armenian crussadors and ectremists who enjoyed the supports from Mossow.
One Azerbaijani citizen was hit by a stone thrown from one of the Armenian extremists.
The other Azerbaijani citizen was shot dead by a police who had orders to shoot against the Azerbaijani people but not against the Armenian separatists.
Within the Army and the police forces of the Soviet Azerbaijan, there were members who were the Russian agents and were receiving their orders from Moscow.

Is providing the Russian passports, giving money and weapons to the terrorists whose arrest orders have been issued by the courts, as the frameworks of the Russian peacekeeping mission?

Mr. Lavrov's real name was Sergey Kalantarian or Kalantarov!
His father was Viktor Kalantarian who was living with the Armenian community in the city of Tibilisi/Georgia in the South Caucasus.
The second evil ( the 2nd collaborator) in occupying the territories from other countries is Mr. Sergei Shoigu (Mr. Putin's War Minister).
Sergei Shoigu is orginally from the Turkish tribe in the Asian part of Russia.

In July 2021 the ambassadors of many countries in Azerbaijan were officially invited to visit the city of Shusha.
The city of Shusha is a small city but strategic.
Shusha was a liberated Azerbaijani city from 30 years occupation and destruction by the Armenian armed forces whose trainings, weapons and the military plans are from Russia.
The Armenian military is structured to keep the intetests of Russia in the South Caucasus.
Therefore, many officers and the generals in the Armenian Army listen what are the official orders to them from Russia.
When the Soviet Union collapsed, one alcoholic politician, Boris.Yeltsin (born in the Asian part of Russia) was supported by the U.S.A and the Western countries to become
very corrupt Russian President.
This alcoholic and corrupt Russian President continued to implement the secret plans of Mikhail Gorbachov for supporting the Armenians against the Azerbaijanipeople.

The prominent Russian generals like Pavel Grachov (defense minister) and Shaposhnikov were deceiving the world to that Moscow has a neutral position between Armenia and Azerbaijan!!!
The U.S.A. and the European countries were supporting Russia and its Armenian subjects against Azerbaijan.
Moscow orchestrated a military coup against the legitimate elected Azerbaijani president Ebulfazl Elchibay who had expelled the Russian troops from Azerbaijan.
Russia in its proxy wars hand in hand with its Armenian subjects in the South Caucasua and the Christian mercenaries from Syria, Lebanon and the European countries after committing the Khojali Genocide on 26 February 1992 succeeded in the Kremlin initiated military coup against the elected president of Azerbsijan.
Moscow orchestrated its Russian military invasions into the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan but in the form of the proxy wars.
The Russia's proxy wars were planned in a way that the Republic of Armenia and the Christian mercenaries from Syria, Lebanon and Europe assisted the Kremlin's wars.
The Russian physicist Andrew Sakharov and his wife (Armenian-Jewish backgrounds) Ms. Bonner mobilized the Christian World against Azerbaijan so that the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate became the centers of their plots under the pretext of Sumgait pogroms.
In the USA, a fake Investigative Commission was established to investigate the Sumgait events in Azerbaijan.
The House Commission whose Chairman, experts and participants were all pro Armenians.(Senator Barbara Baxter and the wife of Andrei Sakharov were the initiators of that investigative commission).
The purpose of that fake commission was to act against Azerbaijan.
The U.S. Senator Baxter's daughter married with the brother of Hillary Clinton, Mr. Anthony Rodham who later divorced her and was involved in a sexual affairs with another woman whose husband found these sexual relation and all media reported of it.
Andrey Sakharov, was very rude in one of his statements. He had noted:" Fighting for the Karabakh is for the Azerbaijani people "an ambition" but for the Armenians is a matter of death and life!!"
It is like to say:"Fighting for an independent Republic for the Armenians in the district of Glenndale in Los Angeles is "an ambition" for the U.S.A. but it is a matter of life and death for the Armenians!!"
Mr. Sakharov's wife Mrs. Bonner (Armenian-Jewish backgrounds) had a crussador mentality in regards to the Azerbaijani people and the occupied Azerbaijani Karabakh and she was an influential lobbyist in the U.S.A. while the Armenian-French singer Charle Aznavour and the French Armenians were lobbying against Azerbaijan in France and Europe.

The Armenians are the settlers who were brought to the South Caucasus from Iran and the Anatolian parts of the Ottoman Empire in the early 19th century.
Russia brought the Armenian settlers to the South Caucasus and located them in the territiries of the Turkish Muslims when Russia occupied the Caucasus from Iran.
The last Communist Party Leader in the Soviet Uniin was Mikhail Gorbachov whose associates, friends mostly were the Armenians.
Gorbachov offered to the Armenians
to use the existing anarchy created by his fake and deceptive glasnost to press for the overthrow the Azerbaijani authority in its Karabakh region to annex it to the Republic Armenia (this republic also was created in the territory of Azerbaijan by Russia).
Gorbachov gave the fertilized ground to his Armenian friends to use the opportunity to separate the Karabakh from the motherland Azerbaijan and annex it to Armenia.
The Armenian friends of Mr. Gorbavhov and a strong Armenian lobby within the Soviet Army as well as in many goverenmental and also the mass media in the Soviet Uion followed the tips were given by Mikhail Gorbachov.
Throughout 1987 the Armenian activists who were motivated by Gorbachov's illegal support for.the Armenian separatists, sent multiple political protests on the streets in Yerevan as well as in Moscow and directed their voiced to their supporter in the Kremline Mr. Gorbavhov.
The former Communist leaders in the Soviet Union were also against the Turks and the Muslims but they didn't want opnely support the Armenian separatism to provoke all Turkish Soviet Republics against Moscow.
Mikhail Gorbachov got signals as well as supports from the U.S. and the European countries to support the Armenian separatism in the Soviet Azeebaijan and to annex the Azerbaijani Karabakh to Armenia.
The Armenians who were in contacts with the Kremlin andthe Western countries, sensed a historic opportunity to intensify their activitied for disintegration and separation of the Karabakh region from its motherland Azerbaijan.
The Soviet Communist leader Mikhail Gorbachov gave a secret tip to his Armenian friends and colleagues that they should pass a resultion for separation from the motherland Azerbaijan.
The Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh was illegally created by the Kremlin on July 7, 1923 in an anti Azerbaijani action.
Josef Stalin (usub Jugashvilli), one of the leaders of the Bolshevik regime had worked as Vladimir Lenin propagandist for promoting of Marxism [for the workers in the oil industry in Baku of Azerbaijan] had been arrested and then he was put into the Azerbaijanj jail.
Stalin had the Armenian and Jewish friends.
Stalin and his associates in the Communist Party illegally forced the leaders of the Soviet republic of Azerbaijan to give the Zangezur and Yerevan (now capital of Armenia) regions of the Azerbaijani territies to Armenia.
The Azerbaijani people condemned the creation of this autonomous region within their territories by the Bolshevik leaders who had a strong sympathy for the Armenian interests.
By the huge supporters of Mr. Gorbachov from Armenia and within the Armenian Community (within Azerbaijani territory in the Karabakh region) passed a resolution on February 20, 1988 against the motherland Azerbaijan and for annexation to Armenia ( the transfer of the Azerbaijani rgion from the SSR of Azerbaijan to the SSR of Armenia)
.
When the Bolshevik leaders occupied the Republic of Azerbaijan, this country was 114000 sq km.
In the early 1980s Azerbaijani territories were stolen by the Kremlin and annexed to Armenia.
During the collapse of the Soviet Union the territories of Azerbaijan reduced to 86,000 sq km (from 114000 in 1920).
Immediately fter the passing of the resolution for annexation supported by the Kremlin, furious Azerbaijani nationalists and normal citizens demonstrated against pro Armenian supports from Mikhail Gorbachov.
The citizens of Azerbaijan angered the pro Armenian position of Moscow,
marched on Khankendi, the capital of the Karabakh province of Azerbaijan.
Gorbochov had ordered to his agents (police and Army) to suppress the Azerbaihani demostrators by any means.
Moscow and the Armenians who were supporters of Mikhail Gorbachov marched knowing that the police is supporting them.
Two Azerbaijani citizens brutally killed in the confrontation with the Armenian crussadors and ectremists who enjoyed the supports from Mossow.
One Azerbaijani citizen was hit by a stone thrown from one of the Armenian extremists.
The other Azerbaijani citizen was shot dead by a police who had orders to shoot against the Azerbaijani people but not against the Armenian separatists.
Within the Army and the police forces of the Soviet Azerbaijan, there were members who were the Russian agents and were receiving their orders from Moscow.

Putin and Lavrov wanted the South Caucasus be only in the hands of the Russian forces.
The Madrid Principles had suggested the deployment of the international forces from the U.N as peacekeepers to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
After a surgery on the Madrid Principles, the deployment of the international forces from the U.N. was eliminated.
Putin and Lavrov put forward only the deployment of the Russian troops as the peacekeepers will be allowed.
Russia had also problem with
the return of all Azerbaijani territory surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh to the government of Azerbaijan.
Putin and Lavrov who are the real war makers in the Karabakh, strongly emphasized on the establishment of a land corridor (huge!)
The Lachin corridor becomes the Kremlin's corridor.
The Lachin corridor is annexed to Russia and Putin allows the Russian troops and its Armenian subjects to bring the new Armenian militants from Syria, Lebanon and elsewhere to settle in this occupied Azerbaijani Karabakh.
Putin deployed the Russian troops to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan (over 4000 sq km) to prevent the Azerbaijani Army to liberate the other occupied parts of the mountaibous Karabakh from the occupation.
Putin and his Armenian Foreign Minister gave the ultimatum to the Azetbaijani President that he must accept the Dictat issued from the Kremlin to stop the liberation of their occupied territiries.

The signature of the Armenian Prime Minister in this Kremlin's Dictat was a ceremonial signature.
Vladimir Putin named his Kremlin's Dictat as a 'trilateral agreemen" on 10 Nov. 2020.
When the president of Azerbaijan was forced to sign the military and political Dictats from Putin, people who were watching these scebes in TV, heard Putin said to Ilham Aliyev:"Blagadrioo vass" (I thank you).
For forcing the Azerbaijani president to sign his Dictat (after the liberation of the city of Shusha on 08 November 2020) Vladimir Putin at night (9th November 2020) with his 2 Russian missiles attacked and his Army targeted the capital of Azerbaijan, and these missiles attacks was an ultumatum from Putin if Azerbaijan declines to sign the Dictat, it will come a big Russian offensive.
Before these 2 missiles to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, one of the Russian agent in the Azerbaijani Army (there are many Russian agents) in the Nakhjivan Autonomous region of Azerbaijan, fired on a Russian hellicopter was flying in the sky and the hellicopter was crashed and this resulted 1 death.
This was a plot from the Kremlin. Wht? The Russian agent in the Azerbaijani Army was instructed to do so.
The president of Azerbaijan immediately apologized and Putin 2 hours after the midnight asked him to put his signature to his Dictat to accept the occupation of the Karabakh
region by the Russian forces.
The signature of the prime minister of Armenia Nikol Pashiniyan was an illegal signature because the Karabakh region internationally recognized of the Azerbaijani territory and it has nothing to do with the Republic of Armenia and his prime minister.
It demonstrated that Vladimir Putin does not recignize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in regard to its province in the Karabakh region.
Putin's words and actions are contrasting with each other.
The U.S.A and many of the European countries support the Russian positions in their actions.
Mr. Putin's Dictat was illegal. It was illegal to force the president of Azerbaijan without the ratification of the Azerbaijani parliament and the Azerbaijan people to sign the Kremlin humiliative and colonial Dictat on November 10, 2020, 2 houes after midnight while the Russian forces had lenetrated into the Azerbaijani territories in the Karabakh region.
Mr.Putin's missiles which were fired to attack (on 9th Nov 2020 at night) the capital of Azerbaijani was named as an ultinatum. This ultimatum was illegal.
Mr. Putin put the signature of the head of the Russian vassal state (Armenia) in the internal affairs of the Azerbaijani territories!!
It was only 1 person who imposed the imperial and colonial ambitions of Russia on this Dictat.

The Karabakh occupation by the alliance of Russia-Armenia demonstrated that the crussador mentality is the driving force in the diplomacy and in the politics of the Western countries.
Even before the collapse of the Soviet Union Russia, France and the USA had very hostile positions against Azerbaijan and they suppprted strongly the Armenian interests.
The U.S. Representative House and the U.S. Senate, the Russian Parliament (Duma), the French Parliament and Senate are the playgrounds for the Armenian lobbyists and diasporas against the Azerbaijani people.
